Friendly Departure

I had to take off today for a meeting in Colorado. I arrive at Phoenix Sky Harbor with plenty of time for my flight. I am happy to report that our big airport – Phoenix Sky Harbor International – provided a great experience. I suppose I take it for granted. I travel through the airport often, but never really give it a second thought. The ticket agent at US Airways was very helpful, terminal is nice and clean and the departure was on time. I suppose that not everyone can have a positive experience all the time, but I think it is worth mentioning that PHX is often an exception to the rule.
